Due to the problems brought by the consequences of COVID 19 Pandemic, AFSC has been offering online counselling services , workshops , prayers sessions and counselling services to people
AFSC also excelled in managing changes and reengineering the programs to continue support people emotionally, spiritually and physically to broke isolation for people

DIFFICULTIES IN ACCESSING SOCIAL SERVICES
• Language barrier
• Cultural differences
• Lack of knowledge among potential users about the services
• Lack of familiarity that may led to misunderstandings
• Not knowing very well the system as a whole in Canada, e.g. Police, legislation in area of welfare, School
• Lack of qualities of services desired or provided in their mother tongue or to whom to relate.
• Lack Information: to make newcomers aware of services available for them
The services provided are:
- Youth Counseling , wellbeing and Spiritual development
- Sports and Recreational activities, Cultural and entertaining activities (i.e. Basket ball, entertainment, traditional dances).
- Open discussion and debates for youth related issues in order to give them an opportunity to express/ share their sincere opinion on the problem, their reasons for their actions and their own solutions. This an opportunity for Youth to get together and talk about values between societies, integration, racism, discrimination
- Youth inclusiveness and healthy relationship builders
